IQE presents graduate awards for work in optoelectronics
Cardiff, UK. 09 July 2010: IQE plc (AIM: IQE, “IQE” or the “Group”) the leading global supplier of advanced semiconductor wafer products services to the semiconductor industry is pleased to have sponsored a number of final year prizes to engineering graduates as part of this week's graduation ceremony at the University of Bath.
Winners of the IQE sponsored prizes were:

In October 2009 IQE acquired NanoGaN Limited which is a spin-out company of the University of Bath. NanoGaN specialises in gallium nitride materials for advanced optoelectronic products and possesses important intellectual property and multiple patents.
